MWN Digital is an accredited CallSwitch One reseller, so we sell, set up, support and bill the service under our own name while Nebula handles the underlying carrier infrastructure. You deal with us — a North East team based in Darlington — throughout.
We supply handsets direct (Yealink, Jabra and Grandstream), port your existing numbers across ourselves, and configure your call flow, IVR and voicemail to fit how your business runs. We train your team on the desktop and mobile apps and then provide UK support — Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm for general help, plus a 24/7 emergency line for customers on a support agreement.
