Who it's for

Someone's always looking after it

If you have a business website built on WordPress, WooCommerce or a bespoke Laravel platform, a care plan means someone is always watching it, updating it and keeping it secure — without you having to think about it. No more chasing plugin updates at the weekend, no more wondering whether your backups actually work, and no more silence when something breaks.

Worried about security breaches

WordPress sites are a constant target. We scan for vulnerabilities, keep everything patched, and step in the moment something looks wrong — before it becomes a problem you have to explain to your customers.

Tired of chasing updates yourself

Plugins, themes and core software need regular updates to stay secure and stable. We handle every one, check nothing breaks afterwards, and keep a record of exactly what changed.

Need someone to call when something breaks

When your website goes down, you need a real person who already knows your site — not a support ticket sitting in a queue. That is exactly what a care plan gives you.

What's included

Everything we do, explained

Plugin & core updates

Out-of-date plugins are the single biggest cause of WordPress sites being hacked. We apply updates on a schedule that suits your plan, check the site still works properly afterwards, and roll back immediately if an update misbehaves. You never have to log in and click 'update' again.

Uptime monitoring

We check your site is online around the clock. The moment it stops responding, we get an alert and start investigating — often before you would even have noticed. On the Premium plan you are alerted too, so you are never the last to know. Most issues are resolved before they cost you a single enquiry.

Security scanning

We scan for malware, suspicious file changes and known vulnerabilities. If something is flagged, we investigate straight away — quarantining infected files, patching the hole and restoring from a clean backup if needed. You get a plain-English summary of what happened and what we did about it.

What counts as a minor content edit?

Professional and Premium plans include hands-on edit time each month, and we keep it refreshingly simple. A minor edit is anything that takes us under about 20 minutes: swapping text, updating an image, changing your opening hours or prices, adding a team member, publishing a blog post you have written, or tweaking a button link. Bigger pieces of work — new pages, design changes or new features — are quoted separately at our standard rate and always agreed with you first. No surprise invoices, ever.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — care plans require your site to be hosted on our UK infrastructure so we can monitor it reliably, keep it secure and act fast when needed. If you are hosted elsewhere, we migrate you across for free as part of onboarding, with no downtime.

No problem at all. We can onboard almost any existing WordPress or WooCommerce site onto a care plan. We start with a short health check to bring everything up to date and flag anything that needs attention, then your plan runs as normal.

Anything beyond your included time, or outside the scope of a minor edit, is quoted at our standard hourly rate and agreed with you before we start. No work happens — and no invoice arrives — without your say-so.

Yes. Plans run month to month with 30 days' notice and no cancellation penalty. We will also help you move your site elsewhere if you decide to leave, so you are never held hostage.

If your site goes down, every plan gets an emergency response — that is the whole point of a care plan. Premium clients get same-day response as standard, and we will always prioritise a site that is offline over routine work.

If you have a simple brochure site, Essential keeps it secure and backed up. If your site is central to your business and changes regularly, Professional is our most popular plan. If you run a WooCommerce shop or a bespoke Laravel application, Premium gives you daily scanning, offsite backups and same-day support. Still unsure? Book a free 15-minute call and we will point you to the right one.
